The Mississippi Gulf Coast Gem and Mineral Society was a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the study of earth science, geology, and lapidary arts. They were struggling to attract new members and volunteers and to promote their annual fundraiser due to a lack of effective branding and marketing materials. Their existing logo was outdated and did not effectively communicate their brand values, and their social media presence was inconsistent and not optimized for their target audience. They needed a logo, branding, and marketing update that would help them to better communicate their mission and attract new members and volunteers.

Our team then updated the society's logo, keeping it reminiscent of the original handmade patch they had been using, while modernizing and simplifying it. We also created a brand guidelines document to ensure consistent application of the logo and other branding elements across all marketing materials.
We updated the society's social media presence to be more consistent and appealing to their target audience. We also created an informed social media marketing strategy that was easy to follow for their older demographic of users.
To promote their annual fundraiser, we helped build a campaign and marketing materials that included flyers, posters, and social media posts. We simplified their main logo into icons that could be used on documents and ads to promote the fundraiser and attract more attendees.
